Return Policy

    Thank you for shopping at Pulsar Technologies Online Store! If you are not satisfied with your purchase because the package has been damaged, we're here to help.

  1. Returns

    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  3. Conditions of return / refunds

    The item(s) must comply with the following rules in order to be eligible for returning them. Any deviation from any of the following rules will void the eligibility.

    • The product has been damaged from transportation reasons. If, for any reason, the logistics team did not handle the package with care and damaged the content, we will accept the return. In any other case, (for example, you dropped the package anytime after the courier handed it to you), we will not accept the return.

    • The item itself, the user manual and all accessories should be in their place in the package, unaltered.

    • The seal must be in its place.

    • The item was not used, not even once. If we discover that the product was turned on or used in any kind, we will void the eligibility.

    • Before sending the package to us, you must send us an e-mail at containing at least one image of the damaged product in his transport package, the order number and the invoice number.

      Once we receive your message, we will inspect and decide if your item is eligible for return. If it is, we will swiftly respond and ask you to return.

  4. Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
